This deck is part of my personal league format, where all cards in a set are divided among leaders, then the decks play each other. It's only competitive through that lens, and to the extent that cards should or should not be played, know almost all cards in every set are played.
This is where the deck building started to feel thin. Gideon was the fifth of eight decks built for the first League 2 season. Because many of the most powerful cards were gone (specifically, ground units), this deck really had to lean into its Leader's ability: buffing units that cost three or less. To complement those, there are a lot of units and a few events that can raise their power for a single-turn onslaught.
